Question: What hours are the building open?
Answer: The building is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, except on major holidays.
Question: How are deliveries handled?
Answer: Major deliveries and all furniture deliveries, must be coordinated through Stemmons Place Management Office, 214.634.2777. All deliveries of supplies, office equipment, large inventories that require a handcart of any type must be made at the Stemmons Place loading dock.
Deliveries requiring use of the freight elevator for extended periods of time, i.e. move-ins or major deliveries, must be scheduled through The Management Office for Saturdays and/or Sundays, or for after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Question: How does the trash removal program work?
Answer: To assure timely removal of refuse by the evening janitorial crew, clearly mark items you wish discarded with trash stickers in English and Spanish which are available through the Management Office. These items will be picked up from your suite. For your protection, you should never store items such as maps or draWings in a trash receptacle where they may easily be mistaken for refuse. Boxes or items placed next to or on top of trash receptacles will be considered trash. We do not dispose of computer equipment or furniture. The corridors, walkways, stairways, elevator lobbies, etc. - are not available for storage or discarded trash.
Question: Does Stemmons Place have a recycle program?
Answer: Stemmons Place is set up on a one basket recycle program. All desk trash is placed in clear liners and taken to a recycle plant where it is sorted and recycled. All kitchen and restroom trash is placed in dark liners and sent to the landfill. Our customers are educated on the program and work with us to create a positive impact on the environment.
Question: Is Stemmons Place a smoke free facility?
Answer: Stemmons Place has one designated smoking area located on the 7th floor of the parking garage. Smoking is not permitted any where else on the property. |
